Held this weekend on Saturday and Sunday, July 27-28, the Marine Stadium near your Long Beach home will be filled with dragon boats in one of the largest competitions of this newly recognized international sport.
All weekend long you can visit Long Beach’s Marina Green Park on East Shoreline Village to see the FIVB World Tour. This Beach Volleyball extravaganza sponsored by ASICS World Series is free and you’ll be able to see a host of volleyball showdowns and pick up some sunglass and frisbee swag.
