According to Zillow home value estimates, home prices have seen an 8.6% increase in the last year with the median selling price set at $381,500 in February of 2013. Depending on your specific area, these changes may be even more dramatic, with neighborhoods like Park Estates and Naples experiencing home values rising more than 17%.
